I am just wondering why I only received one of the Pocketbooks I ordered because you didn't refund me the money that you said you would and I don't just have that much money to waste so I would appreciate if you would either send the pocketbook or put the money back on my credit card.

Where is my merchandise???
I ordered a pair of timberland boots on 11/27, the tracking stopped on 12-2-10, no email response back, and my boots are no where to be found..my order number is 2010112752612 ...the tracking number is EE445092541CN. Something needs to happen.

Hello! yes, we think EMS charge the shipping too high, too. so we try to cut our prices of items to reduce our customers' loss as much as possible. and sometimes we try to share some shipping with our customer but only for regulars and big orders. Have a great day!
PS, if you order more, the shipping would go down by itself, say the shipping for a pair of shoes is nearly 26 dollars, but 10 pairs would be nearly 160 dollars.
